CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. To respect my time and the time of other clients, please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s). No-shows/missed appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. If there is not enough time to properly complete your service without affecting the next client’s appointment, the service cannot be accommodated.
